This is a very simple concept that I haven’t heard before but, it’s something I use personally all the time to help relax my muscles. I also discuss a common thing we all do when we’re tense that you should avoid or at least notice you’re doing and stop it.
Muscles can get upset for many reasons but in general, they do come around if you treat them gently and let them relax.
