Starter Session for $59

All clients are entitled to a one-time starter session for only $59. If there’s two people, it’s still the same price for the first session. This gives you a chance to try a full session for a great price.

Personal Training Sessions

We offer some of the most affordable personal training in Vancouver! Clients can train for as low as $67 per session. We offer training packages and 30 min sessions, 55 min sessions and partner training. See Our Pricing Here.

If you’re very muscular and you touch a weight and gain muscle really quickly, you may get more muscle if you lift more weights. Thank your parents because you have amazing genetics.

On the other hand, if you’re hard gainer, you may be able to get really strong and only show a tiny bit of muscle. 

Muscle is more dense and costs lots of calories so almost everyone will trim down and look more lean as they weight train. Appropriate exercise prescription is critical for best results.

Absolutely not. Every program is carefully tailored to our clients. We show you how to train at your own pace with safety and lots of breaks.

Calories are still king but, sustainability of diet, nutrients and “delectability” all play huge roles in your success. Fat is calorie dense and this can make it easy to eat a lot of it. Most folks can eat fields of pasta (like me) whereas it’s tougher to consume large amounts of brown rice. 

Also, in this world of fat and carbs, protein tends to run scarce. Keep in mind businesses would much rather sell you a scone that costs 10 cents to make and costs $8 dollars. They definitely don’t want you to be eating high quality protein sources.
