I started FS in 2003 after graduating with a Degree in Kinesiology. With an extreme passion for health & Fitness, I began training clients full time and haven’t looked back since. My focus is to provide genuine, quality personal training for Vancouverites helping them achieve weight loss, lean muscle gain and a completely functional and incredible physique.
I truly believe your fitness should be all-inclusive. We shouldn’t just give you weights and cardio. You need to have your posture, core, functional strength, balance and everything else that comes in the human body working great too. It’s taken a long time for me to develop these programs but I now train clients to the fullest with these protocols.
