Yes We’re Still Training Clients!
We’re all also completely vaccinated!
As this pandemic gets closer to being under control, we’re seeing more clients reaching out to start their training again but they have concerns for safety and well being.
As Personal Trainers, we’re acutely conscious of being safe and healthy during all sessions.
Your Health is our Priority
If you’re planning to start in home sessions, you and your trainer must wear masks while working out. This is the current practice at all commercial gyms such as Fitness World and Trevor Linden’s Club 16 at present and they’ve had no issues with Covid transmissions.
We also maintain 8-10 feet of separation during the session and there must be an outside air flow source to keep the air from stagnating in the room.
As a 3rd precaution, your trainer can stand behind a small indoor fan to help air flow.
These basic precautions have been 100% effective with our clients who train indoors. We believe these simple precautions are more than effective at keeping our clients and trainers safe.
Training Outdoors
We also offer outdoor personal training mobile in Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster for clients. There are many outdoor facilities we can make use of for excellent workouts. We can meet you at tracks or recreation fields and we provide all necessary equipment. With Spring right around the corner, it’s time to get outside and start taking advantage of the outdoors.
We maintain social distancing outside at all times for additional safety and our clients have been very comfortable with this format of training.
