Fat Gain can be a very frustrating and perplexing phenomenon to deal with.
On top of that, gaining fat in an area you don’t want it or an area that doesn’t seem like a typical site can add to that frustration.

that healthy eating and exercise can have a dramatic impact on fat loss, muscle gain and balancing hormones.
The average person may eat up to 35 meals and exercise up to 3 to 5 times for 30 minutes.
There’s a lot of room in all of that eating and activity to make some great improvements to your health.

Yes, you can train your stubborn fat spots. You can burn the fat off and tone the muscle in the area.
In many cases, you can tighten and tone an area that tends to carry a bit more adipose tissue.
You can also add some volume to an are that looks too thin.
Some people with pear shapes tend to find their upper body looks too trim at times.
This can be balanced out with some simple weight training exercises.
Spot reducing isn’t possible with exercise however, some mild spot tightening can be achieved.
