What Really Burns Fat?

Take a look at the diets listed below, can you guess which ones work and which ones don’t? There are some that have been heavily proven to be ineffective and others that have some merit. Do you know which ones are which?

  • Low calorie diets?
  • Low fat diets?
  • Getting Hormones balanced?
  • High Protein diets?
  • Keto?

Many diets out there don’t work but some do.. Why?

Well, there are very specific enzymes in our body that one must stimulate to burn fat. If you don’t stimulate them, you won’t burn fat (or you’ll burn very little).

Many diets these days kind of stimulate these enzymes or don’t. It’s rare to see a diet that really focuses on stimulating things properly.

There are also certain types of exercise that stimulate these enzymes.

The key is to combine diets and exercise programs that stimulate fat burning if that’s your ultimate goal.

This is a much better approach than just picking a random diet because the marketing sounds good or the people promoting it look good.

Remember, diets are there to make money.

They’re not really there to make you healthy and achieve exactly what you want. This takes a much more specific approach.

So What’s The Enzyme?

We can’t recommend you go searching of the enzymes but we can help you create a program that will stimulate it safely for you.

As trainers, we’re not allowed to discuss enzymes and supplements and specific dietary tips and tricks.

That being said, I can tell you to avoid low calorie diets.

They’re typically the least effective approach to burning fat.

Low calorie diets shrink you by getting rid of water and carb stores but they don’t tend to shed much fat. The body is in a bit of shock with the low intake so it generally will hang on to some fat during this process.

This especially doesn’t bode well in the long term for weight loss and fat loss.

How To Burn Fat

Here are a few basic tips to help you get started before we really fine tune your diet and exercise program.

  • Keep your blood sugar balanced. This means not too much but also not letting things crash.
  • Exercise at a higher intensities if you’re healthy and cleared to do so by a Physician.
  • Watch out for large servings of carbohydrates. Normal servings are fine.

There’s so much more to burning fat that people realize but you can dial things in to shed the fat much faster if you know what to do.
