Do you need to lift Heavy Weights to achieve your health and fitness goals?
In reality, we don’t need to lift huge amounts of weight to maintain our bone and muscle mass. Our body has basic thresholds that your program needs to achieve and if you meet those levels, you’ll be fine.

As you improve, you can increase some of the weights you’re using but you don’t need to do this quickly.
Workouts should be comfortable and never strain your muscles or joints. Many folks would have us believe that we need to be doing extreme things in the gym to get the proper benefits from training but that’s just not the case.
The thresholds are lower than you might think to benefit from weight training. This goes for women’s weight training and seniors weight training. You can easily train at home to achieve your body’s needs as well.
