So, drinking fruit juice may not be the fastest way to a fit and trim body but might it be one of them? No one’s denying that Pressed Juice in Vancouver has a strong following in and few are denying that it has many health benefits too.
That being said, drinking juice all day might push your calorie intake a bit higher and it also might not provide the fiber that the natural foods would provide had they not been juiced up.
Here’s what drinking juice might do:
First off, It’s an experience. Elixirs have a wonderful effect on our mood. They boost us up and make us feel refreshed. We know we took in nutrients, antioxidants and all kinds of fruits and veggies we might not have had the time to pick up and prepare on our own.
Second, It’s a borderline treat. As a Trainer, I like these types of foods that are fairly healthy but still taste a bit like treats. They satiate us. They make us feel like we’ve something a bit delectable during the day and thus, they help us avoid having something really unhealthy later in the day or at least a smaller serving of it.
Third, the environment. The juicing environment is full of some of the fittest, healthiest and hardcore health enthusiasts out there at present.
