Our Personal Training Sessions

  • Sessions are 55 minutes long but often run about 1 hour.
  • For your first session, we do a full Initial Assessment.
  • You can always warm up before the session or stay at the gym after the session if you wish.
  • We will always go at your pace and offer you accurate training advice for your individual needs.

You’ll get a good sweat going without being pushed too hard and the session will finish with some great stretching personally tailored to your needs.
