Session description
[vc_column_text]Personal Training Sessions are 55 minutes long. They are comprised of a basic 5-10 minute
warm up which you can do ahead of time if you so choose. The bulk of the sessions
focused on strength training and cardiovascular work finishing with a stretch of key muscles used.[/vc_column_text][vc_separator style=”blank” padding_top=”25″ padding_bottom=”25″]
What to do first
[vc_column_text]Make sure you don’t skip meals during the day and that you aren’t digesting a heavy

What to bring

will never get you to do awkward exercises while balancing in the middle of the gym
on display. This is inappropriate and we will always find a comfortable spot in the

Post Workout
