You don’t want to just pump weights in the gym all day? No problem. Vancouver Personal Trainers tend to be a supportive and out going breed ever keen to help you achieve your health and fitness goals but, that’s not all they want for you. If you want to do some boxing training or run outside for half your workout or hit the trails for an hour, we can do that with you.
Boxing is still a great conditioning activity and hitting the pads with your Trainer is a great way to work up a sweat and release some stress. Loosen up your shoulders, gain mobility and burn fat off your frame. Throw in a bit of jump rope between sets of speed work and shadow boxing and you can really put together a great training session with your Trainer that can also be a lot of fun.
The more fun your activities are, the more likely you are to stick with them and not dread them. Ask your Trainer about boxing and kickboxing routines to spice up your fitness regimen to keep things interesting and fresh. It’ll guaranteed pay off for your body and mind in the short and long run.
We provide all the equipment and proper training for clients as well.
We will teach you:
- Proper punching technique
- Stance and balance positioning
- The main punches every boxer should know
- How to throw combinations
- Basic defense when delivering a punch.
