FS Studios In Home Personal Training

FS Studios is a Vancouver in home personal training company that has been servicing Vancouver since 2003. We’re mobile in all of Vancouver, Burnaby and New Westminster. We train clients in home and in their condo gyms and can train you in as little as 4 by 6 feet of space!

Bio

It’s a huge focus of mine to provide you with quality programming and fitness protocols. I create programs that include all planes of motion, avoid compressive exercises and fads.

The programming should also help unlock tight spots on your body and improve your overall mobility. The training is balanced and solely designed for each individual that I train. I’ve been in gyms for over 20 years and have seen tons of Trainers and Fitness Instructors giving out good an bad fitness instruction and we all charge about the same rate so be sure to pick carefully!
