I love golf and sports in general. Also interested in many different types of music and used to play the music at major sporting events. If you think being a DJ at a club is fun, try being a DJ for a football game. There’s nothing like picking the music for a whole stadium!

Key Fitness Advice

Do YOU REALLY Need Fitness Training?

This is a REALLY good question. You may be surprised to learn that you need far less than people tell you. Flexibility, Balance, Core training? We’ll show you how to cover them and it’s easier than you think! Your core essentially has to engage when you move so, you’re already doing it.

So if that stuff isn’t super important, what is? Strength and some Cardio. Yes, you can shed a tear now. It might be a happy one or a terrified one but I promise, I can help you with both!

Strength is lacking in our world now. Sittin’ on the couch degenerates us and we need to get moving more than ever. It’s also a great way to enhance balance, functional training and core training.

Get a Little Stronger

If you’re worried about getting too strong or lifting some weights, think again. WORRY ABOUT GETTING WEAK! I’m not advocating lifting weights that are too heavy for you. I’ll never do that with clients. That being said, you should be worried about getting weaker.

Our muscular age is a great indicator of our real age. If you’re muscularly weak, you have a far greater chance of injury simply based on the fact that the world around you is far more physically challenging to navigate.

And don’t worry, nobody is going to get big and bulky, I love the strong and lean approach!
