As a Trainer, there’s only one thing I dole out on a consistent basis.
It’s not advice, tips, hacks, stretches, exercises or secrets. It’s action.
Are You In Action? That’s the only question we need to ask you right now.
The #1 motivator is action. It’s not mindset, pressure, guilt, planning or logic, it’s ACTION!Â
What can you do right now? 20 knee push ups? 30 crunches? 15 lunges across the room? Go ahead. Stop reading and do it!
Do it and you’ll notice all the thinking and talk is cheap.
Once you’re rolling, things get better but, until you’re rolling, change has not yet begun.
Don’t have time? You just worked out! Have an injury? Can you do exercises that don’t involve it? Are you feeling un-motivated? Ok, what can you do to help that? Can’t get it done with your schedule? Do you expect your schedule to be less busy when you look and feel great?
Take action. Almost all of my clients have gotten the ball rolling before they came to see me.
Start small, get the ball rolling, did you do those push ups yet? I know, I know, you’ll do them after the article right?
