Carpal Tunnel Hand Pain 

During Covid, you may have noticed one or more of your hands is getting sore.

This can often be from compression of the median nerve in your hand.

It comes from using the computer or your phone excessively or in a bad position.

As a trainer who’s had carpal tunnel issues, I’ve learned extensive protocols to help keep this nasty pain under control.

Carpal Tunnel Pain

Carpal pain is often related to how you sit at your desk, hold your phone or some of your repetitive patterns.

These patterns are tough to show your physio. They can best be remedied by visiting your home or work place and seeing what you’re up to when using a device.

In many cases, we’re able to dramatically improve someone’s hands when we see them for a movement correction session.
