Quick Tip: Though there are many great trainers and fitness folks on Instagram, they simply might not be great for you. Be careful who you follow and make sure not to risk injury on an exercise just because someone else recommends it. Remember, they can’t see you do the exercise and they can’t offer you instruction and correction.

How many days a week should You Workout for Best Results?
- 1-2 is fine
- 3-4 is optimal
- 5-6 with just on rest day
- You should do something every day
Quick Tip: If you’ve gotten this far, we’re going to give you the answer to question #5. The answer is that it depends and in most cases, people will even get benefits from a program that occurs only one time a week. On the other hand, doing something every day is very likely too often.
A good program typically have you exercising 2-3 times per week. More advanced routines may add a 4thor 5th day.
